NSB New London, CT - In Processing

Sailors who are reporting for in-processing at Naval Submarine Base New London should check in with your individual command. Submarine School students and staff report to the quarterdeck in Building 499. SUBASE personnel check at the Personnel Support Detachment in Building 83. Normal hours are 0730-1600, Monday through Friday. If arriving after hours at Naval Submarine Base New London, contact the Command Duty Officer at 860-625-9644 to have your orders endorsed.

After checking in at your duty station and receiving an appointment for the Personnel Support Detachment division, bring all service records, an endorsed copy of your orders, travel receipts and local address and phone number to begin in-processing. Military ID cards will be issued once check is complete. In-processing may take several days at Naval Submarine Base New London, so make accommodation arrangements for families prior to beginning the process.
